We strive to provide you with an exceptional online shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping and delivery of your orders within India. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. Shipping Partners: We have partnered with reliable courier services to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners include Ship Rocket & Ecom Express, among others. We reserve the right to change our shipping partners without prior notice.

  2. Shipping Zones: We currently offer shipping services within India only. However, please note that there might be certain areas within India where delivery services may not be available. If you reside in a remote or restricted delivery area, we will inform you during the checkout process. In such cases, we will cancel your order and initiate a refund if payment has already been made.

  3. Order Processing Time: Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, our team will process and ship your order within  seven business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  4. Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain order value, which is INR 500. For orders below this value, a shipping fee of INR 120 will be applied during the checkout process. Please note that additional charges may apply for special shipping services, such as expedited shipping or bulk orders. These charges will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process.

  5. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the availability of the product. Typically, orders are delivered within seven business days after the order has been shipped. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or public holidays, may cause delays. We will provide you with a tracking number for your order, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.

  6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking details. You can also find the tracking information by logging into your account on our website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the courier service's website.

  7. Delivery Attempts and Non-Delivery: Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order to the provided shipping address. In case they are unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to verify the shipping address and arrange for a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  8. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within [insert number] days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

  9. Change of Shipping Address: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. Please note that changing the shipping address may cause delays in the delivery of your order.

  10. International Shipping: At present, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
